Locum Clinical Pharmacist

We're looking for hospital pharmacists ready to bring their skills to a locum contract, this is your chance to combine meaningful work with the opportunity to explore one of Australia's most diverse and beautiful states.

• $70-$85/hr (depending on experience)

The role:

You'll be part of a supportive pharmacy team, contributing to:

• Clinical pharmacy services in general medicine, surgical, rehab or oncology
• Medication reviews, discharge counselling and ward rounds
• Day-to-day operations and patient care

What you'll need:

• Current AHPRA registration
• At least 6 months' hospital pharmacy experience in Australia (public or private)
• Confidence with systems such as iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar
